If you still encounter issues with your entry, please email the information requested below to info@stjohnsparade.org and we will provide confirmation of your addition to the 2026 parade line-up.

Please include a brief (50 words or less) statement for your group's parade announcement.

Please provide a general description of your group (number of participants, types of vehicles, etc.)

I have downloaded, read, and agree to carry a signed copy of the Parade Permission Slip for all participants under age 18.

I have downloaded, read, and agree to the Parade Code of Conduct.

By submitting this form, I, the undersigned, as an individual, or Group Representative, hereby remise and forever discharge the St. Johns Parade Committee, its officers and directors, severally or jointly, and all volunteers, of and from any and all liability, claims, actions, and possible causes of action which may accrue too me or any member of the group from every and any loss, damage, and injury (including death), that may be sustained while participating in the parade. Further, I have read the General Information and the Safety Information and agree to abide by all policies of the St. Johns Parade. If I am not on site on parade day, I agree to make sure that a responsible adult represent my group and is informed of all policies and rules.
